Nutritionalists recommend that we drink 6-8 glasses of water per day, that's about 1.5 litres or 2-3 pints

Don't wait until you're thirsty to drink water, by the time you feel thirsty you have probably already lost two or more cups of your total body water composition

We lose more water than you'd think just by breathing. The busier and more active you are the more water we need to drink to replace lost fluids

Common colds and flu frequently lead to dehydration so make sure you have water with you at all times to ensure you remain hydrated
